Project Life - Physical vs. The App

We were California dreaming last month and enjoyed some sunny days on the west coast. I posted about our travels on my Instagram account along with some new Project Life spreads. The question I am often asked is - How do you get your pages done so fast? The answer is easy! I combine my efforts using both physical product and the Project Life App. Let's discuss a bit about my process!
I am an avid picture snapper and usually have loads of photos once my vacation ends. Once I get home I take a few days to rest (jet lag), then I log onto my computer and order some prints. I love using MPix. The quality is great and the ordering process on their website is easy peasy.

My other Project Life spreads were made using the app. I made pages in minutes while sitting on the beach, visiting coffee shops, and during my flight to and and from California.

Here's a page using the app. You will notice that I used the same kit for both the physical page and the one made in the app. It's the Shine Bright Value Kit. It's bright and cheery and so perfect for a vacation themed page.

I ordered the pages directly from the app. This is a big time saver. Once your pages are complete just go to your "Library" and click on "Order Prints" in the top right corner. Follow the directions on the screen. Once your prints arrive you can simply slip them into PL sleeves and you are good to go.

Here's a closer look at the Shine Bright Value Kit. It's one of my faves. Be sure to visit Becky Higgins' site if you'd like to learn more about Project Life.
