DIY Spring Themed Embroidery Hoops

I don't know how to embroider, but I sure do love getting crafty and turning embroidery hoops into something fun! My "tweet" little DIY project is featured over on the Lori Whitlock blog today. I made this one in minutes using my electronic cutter and some pretty paper! Keep reading to see the fun craft products that I used.

Lori has some spring themed cut files in the Silhouette Design Store as well as her SVG shop
I used the "2 Layer Bird" for this one. I like that I can mix and match designer paper to give it a unique look.

I used Lori's new collection called "Happy Summer" from Echo Park. The colors are so happy and bright! It's perfect for this type of project! And the embroidery hoop is from Paper Issues
I love to use them to make sweet little gifts for family and friends.

Want to make one of your own? Hop on over to Lori's blog for a tutorial. Let me know if you make one. I'd love check it out!
