DIY Ghiradelli Chocolate Pockets

If peppermint bark is your thing each Christmas most likely you will have Ghiradelli chocolates on hand. And lots of it! I designed these DIY Ghiradelli Chocolate Pockets to spread some holiday cheer.
I make these every year and they are a hit with family and friends. Here are the easy directions:

Be sure to break off four squares and wrap the bottom portion in a snack bag. Set it aside and make your pocket.

To design the pocket I grabbed some of my favorite Christmas paper. I used Heidi Swapp's "Believe" collection. I simply measured the length and width of the chocolate bar and scored each side to make the pocket. I made the stars using Epiphany Crafts Shape Studio Tool Star and Bubble Caps.

I'm trying not to eat all of the peppermint bark. It's so yummy! What's your favorite Christmas candy?
